We manufacture customisable interior products and sell directly to customers online. Our main brand is myspiegel.de, serving more than 100 000 happy customers a year. Join our software development team in Kaunas and help us build the next version of our shop, using Symfony and Sylius e-commerce framework.

During the quarantine, we're interviewing and working remotely. After the quarantine, both remote and on-site (in Kaunas) options will be available. You'd have to be in a similar time zone (GMT+3) if working remotely. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Developing a Symfony and Sylius based e-commerce solution (full-stack, you can be better at front-end or back-end, but you have to know both);
• Doing code reviews;
• Sharing knowledge with your teammates;
• Establishing best practices;
• Improving our tools (dev environment, testing, CI/CD fows, etc.).

Requirements

• Written English (our code, docs and code reviews are all in English);
• Experience with at least three of the following technologies, very good knowledge of at least one: PHP, Symfony, Sylius, Testing, CI/CD, SQL, JS, React, SCSS, Docker, AWS.

Following non-tech skills would be a plus

• Spoken German;
• Ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas in writing (in any language).
